What this notice covers
This notice describes inquiries submitted through stoico.lat. It does not authorize the sale or licensing of your company’s data. Any evaluation or license requires a separate agreement.
Information we receive
The form requests your name, company, work email, reason for contacting us and message. It also records sample-information requests and your consent to receive a reply. Do not include databases, third-party personal information or confidential material.
How we use it
We use this information to assess and respond to your inquiry, follow up on that conversation and handle privacy requests. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Where it is processed
FormSubmit processes the information you submit and forwards it to fausto@stoico.lat. Its documentation states that submissions are retained for 30 days. The website is hosted on Vercel and the mailbox uses Namecheap Private Email. These providers may process information outside your country and technical data, such as IP addresses, to operate and protect their services.
Cookies and external resources
This site does not include advertising analytics or its own tracking cookies. Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts; downloading them connects your browser to that provider. Sending the form takes you to FormSubmit, which may require a Google reCAPTCHA security check. You can consult the providers’ privacy policies on their official websites.
Retention and access
Information is used while handling and following up on your inquiry. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing fausto@stoico.lat or through the contact form by selecting “Ask about privacy”. Any additional retention should reflect a legitimate need or an applicable obligation.
Decisions about your business data
Describing a data source does not grant permission to share it with third parties. Ownership, recipients, permitted uses and safeguards are assessed and agreed before any potential transaction.
